First and foremost, do some research into the questions you’re posing.
What do we mean exactly when we say this?
So, if my specialty is affiliate marketing, I won’t be answering cooking questions on Quora.

You must first establish your reputation before you begin adding links. This is the correct way to drive Quora traffic.
During the first week after signing up, try to answer questions without including any links. Every five questions you answer the following week, add a link.
